So far we've had a good experience. We needed a storage unit for some of our stuff and found Publix accessible. The price was good and we trust we'll be happy to have chosen this as our place to store.

Honestly Joe was awesome and very kind and helpful! He asked from the beginning how many rooms we were storing so we could calculate what I needed for space! Since I was doing this alone I needed a lot of help figuring it all out and he did just that and got me the best room for my money! It was an overall great experience thanks to Joe at the Nova Public Storage!

The initial phone call to reserve my unit was quick and easy. The on-site manager was readily available, very customer service oriented and knowledgeable and extremely friendly. The entire experience from start to end was great and just what I needed to end my stressful day! Thank you.

First of all, we were able to get a quick and efficient response with our online reservation. Then by contacting the local facility, Joe gave us all the correct information and reservations that we would need and gave us the available hours so we could schedule our move to be there at the right time. Monica had confirmed our reservations. Joyce checked us in when we arrived, helped us complete all necessary paperwork and helped us get our 2 storage units set up with their locks. Then we were able to enter with the 2 big trucks, unload and lock up. Such a great experience from all of them ! We would certainly recommend this particular "Public Storage" location to our friends, neighbors and co-workers.

I can't say enough about Dinah from public storage. She went out of her way to help me. From the phone service, too helping me when I arrived to unit. Customer service was outstanding. Thank you Dinah for your help.
