Facilities are air conditioned and clean. The codes make it easy to access.

Ok, Iﾃ｢竄ｬ邃｢m old school. Can there ever be a human involved? I had a set day of arrival and went to the office to find out where my unit was and pick up the lock. No one was to be seen anywhere. Waited 15 minutes and finally called customer service. I was told at this point everything was in an email. Ugh! The instructions were very clear except for the map. It was backwards and my unit wasnﾃ｢竄ｬ邃｢t listed. I had to guess. I bag my own groceries. I pump my own gas. Now I check myself in.

A map with unit location with reservation confirmation would be extremely helpful. I couldn't find space and had to drop trailer in available open spot, then come in next day to move it to reserved spot. Lighting is poor for this time of year and early nightfall.

Manager was most accommodating, help me change site as first was not an acceptable location

Sheila was amazing very nice with all the questions I had and walking to our unit to check on us and others. I would recommend this storage time and time again.

The Daytona Beach Public Storage representative Nicole is excellent at making people comfortable, making the rental process & paperwork feel easy and her follow through with showing & selling me a new 5'ft. x 15'ft. A/C Climate Controlled storage unit was seamless. I give Nicole #5 Star for Customer Service, Knowledge of small & large #1 Bedroom / Livingroom furniture & other personal items sizes by asking the right questions and then recommending & showing me the Larger 5'x15', instead of of the 5'x10' that I thought would be good enough! Only thing I would like to add is it would be nice if there were a ramp by the climate control storage units.

Processed quickly, property is clean, helpful staff, and lowest price I could find for a climate controlled 8x10.

I'm only giving four stars because of the ridiculous price jump while we had our stuff there. It jumped $60. Other than that the staff was always helpful, it was a very secure place, and nice and clean. It had a pleasant neutral smell in the storage facility itself.

Always a positive experience I have been to this location before. I am pleased with the staff and the service.

I never had to put anything in storage before in my life, until the loss of my husband last year November and I had to move. I decided to get a strorage until I found a place for me and my kids, so I went to this public storage. Upon arrival I saw how clean and well kept everything was, outside around the property, as you walk down the halls of the building it has always been swept and kept clean. Morgan, his manager, (Jim) and another co-worker was so pleasant, professional and humble. I recently forgot my gate code and when I went in to retrieve it, I was greeted with a warm welcome that made me feel at home and relaxed by these gentleman. We laughed and had good conversation, I would recommend this location among all the rest to everyone I know

Last minute I needed a climate controlled larger unit than the one I'm presently in and Jim and Morgan made sure when one became available I was notified. Excellent service from both and definitely recommend this nice clean facility

A district manager for Public Storage called and asked me why I gave this review 4 stars instead of 5 so I figured I should elaborate. The only reason I didn't give them 5 stars is because there isn't 24 hour access to my storage unit. Other than that this is a great facility with very friendly staff.

Darius and Debbie are excellent customer service reps. Moving belongings is stressful, but Darius made this part of the process simple and easy with no drama. Highly recommend these two employees.

I made a reservation online for a climate controlled unit(10x25), got a confirmation for a non climate controlled unit. Spoke to the manager and she wasn't sure if they had a climate controlled unit... got there, they had 1 as far away from the entrance as you could get. I took that unit versus going elsewhere. Also they said it was a requirement to have insurance and no where on the website did it say it must be purchased.

I would definitely recommend this storage to others.

What a great experience! I only needed storage for less than one month. They were having a $1 for the first month special - and they honored it! Even though they knew I wouldn't need it longer! Wow! There was no way to give 1/2 a star or this would have been 4.5 stars because I felt the insurance thing was a little iffy. I felt pressured to get the insurance being told it was a requirement (?) However, with my situation as it was, it was a good deal at only $15 for the less than one month and if something had happened, it was cheap peace of mind. Thanks for an incredibly superb experience! Highly recommend.

I enjoyed how friendly everyone was and they made sure they helped me with my needs. The only negative I have is the expensive prices of the storage units.
