When I got to Ormond beach fl. I called several storage place's. You guys had the best rate and better fitted my needs as I am waiting for my home to be finished unfortunately I won't be spending a long time with y'all but your staff was very professional and informative about my questions and concerns. If I am ever in need of another storage facility this will be the place I will also recommend to everyone I know. Thanks again for all of your help. Ron Summitt

Public Storage Ormond Beach on Granada was easy to deal with, they showed us their available storage units and helped us pick one that works best for us. The manager was very helpful and explained the process and requirements clearly.

I see why this is a 5 star facility, Debbie was so helpful with every question and concern I might have had. She explained everything from insurance and site access to extra supplies and the contractual agreements in full detail.I wish it were a little cooler than 80 degrees in the climate controlled unit that I am in since it will be summer soon. I think 72 degrees which is room temperature would be much better than what it is currently set on.Overall this is a great facility with helpful staff which makes the higher prices for the units compared to their competition a bit more justifiable.

The people and the place are top notch, I do have issues with Public Storage company rules however.

Facility clean and well maintained. Agent was cheerful, informative and professional. Business was conducted quickly and efficiently. Prices are reasonable, there is adequate security , and I have peace of mind that my possessions are safe and secure

Friendly place. Building not in great shape. Carts hard to find. Had to walk all over today to find one. I'm a nut about safety! This one really bugs me. The electric doors to the elevator lobby literally close on me if I can't clear them before they close. Brought it to the attention of Valerie and she said she checked them and they are working as they are supposed to. I responded that they are not supposed to work that way, that they pose a crush hazard. She said she'd look into it however I don't believe they'll be fixed.

From the phone call and speaking with Sam who was the reason I choose your storage than my wonderful experience with Valerie, it couldn't be better. Clean, safe and felt very welcomed. Terrie Woods

I must compliment Valerie at the Ormond Beach location at 08738. She is always extremely helpful and knowledgeable as well courteous. I always see her working either behind the desk or on the property and always with a smile. Valerie is a valuable asset to the Public Storage Company

Gilbert was completely cooperative and understanding to my needs, he is top notch in my book. The gate, however, was damaged and number lock was not working. Gilbert promised it would be functioning by end of next business day, again....top notch!!

Helpful staff, access for large trucks, and even a loading dock for self moving vans.

Came in to buy some packing supplies. Travis was very helpful and listen to everything that I was storing. He asked me how many rooms I was storing and also how many box's I would need. Public storage takes a ease out of moving. I will definitely recommend them to anyone. Thanks for all your help travis. He is a star employee.

Stopped in at this location inquiring about renting a storage unit in the near future. Valerie was extremely helpful, friendly and informative. Will use this location when I'm ready and would definitely recommend! Clean, safe, secure location with fantastic staff - who can ask for more?

I was not expecting to pay rental insurance and additional fees, it would have been nice to get that info up front, other than that it was a great experience. Clean, safe property.
