Public Storage - Ormond Beach - 610 S Yonge St

Space not label and not sequenced with others. Could not find it and no help was available. Dead and driveways that required me to back all the way out several times trying to find the unit. Spot was so tight it took me 45 minutes just to fit the trailer in. No clearance to back in. This space is only good for compact cars. I have asked for compensation and well move my trailer elsewhere – not Public Storage, if I don’t receive something. Was therefore nearly 2 hours trying to get the trailer dropped off. No person to answer any of the phone numbers.

Once I got to the facility, the representative in the office was very friendly and accommodating. The unit was clean and easily accessible.

Customer service was friendly and helpful. The storage space was clean.

I would share this to every friend that needs a storage space the pricing is great and affordable thanks to public storage my stuff is safe and sound

THe also property manager Lisa was very flexible… Because I thought I needed a 5 x 5 I ended up needing a 5 x 10 work with to make the changes and find an available unit to meet my needs so all was good thank you
