So far so good, clean space for my boat

It was nice to just be able to move in with no rush to get there before the office closed!

This was the only process about moving easy! Did everything online, went to the storage unit and the paperwork was waiting for me in the unit! So hassle free! Easy access in and out!

I had no issues with my move-in. I had a great representative to help me every step of the way!

Storage unit was great and ready to go with everything I needed and they make it all so simple to move in day one. Only complaint is a lot of dirt and leaves in the storage was hoping it would be leaf blowed out. Canﾃ｢竄ｬ邃｢t let one small thing outweight everything else that is great there

The web page made it very easy to book a unit, was very affordable, Easy access to our unit. The unit was clean and the staff very helpful. Would recommend Public Storage to friends and family.

Overall very good experience, the owner/manager called me to say that they only had one left and that was very nice. Easy to get to and was clean for the most part, except for the interior which smelled a little.

Great service, helpful staff. Only concern was Facebook said 1st month $1 and we were told it expired. After I rented the unit Facebook continually offered the same.

Today I got a call saying I was delinquent on payment for my locker. I rented a small locker on May 18. I was charged $1 for the first month because of a "special promotion" . We are selling our condo and had to de clutter. During my interaction we discussed that I would be on vacation until July 4, so at that time I paid for 2 months. I was excited, what a deal. Today, I got a call saying I was behind on my rent. Two women called, I was asleep ( my fault for leaving the phone vibration mode on) as I worked in the ED until 7AM. The conclusion was that I was behind on my payment, that I did not pay ahead and I would be charged a late fee. I am so disappointed, I liked the cleanliness of the unit and convenience, but after I update payment tomorrow morning after I work again tonight, I will move my stuff. You see I paid cash and in my haste of moving and going on vacation I misplaced my paperwork. I am convinced something shady is going on or at minimum incompetent and I feel taken advantage of. I walked into the Public Storage in South Daytona, Fl, and immediately I was greeted with a smile.I enjoyed the friendliness of the staff and after about 20 minutes I had my storage unit.I would definitely refer this storage company to family and friends.

My experience at Public Storage at 2450 Nova Road was above the tongue of reproach. Anne and Debbie were the best of the best. They did everything to help me and made my visit there so much better. They were always cheerful to everyone that came into the facility, offering their services as well. If I had a business, I certainly would like to have Anne and Debbie work for me. I highly recommend this facility. There is non better. Give them a well deserved raise.

Anne, the property manager, was so professional and courteous! I love the $1 first month deal. We only need the storage for 3 weeks max. Customer service was superb and I'll definitely be back next time.
